Adopted as a baby, Jilinda tells of her awakening at age 7 to see life as a blank canvas; a chance to create her own unique, colourful journey. • To ignite more women into active participation in closing the gap on gender inequality to be the role-models for our younger women
• To build on the work I've been doing in my ElevateHER programs and Lean In Circles and raise my profile [share my why] to encourage more women to get on board [the greater good purpose]
