About the Author

Bella Zanesco is a Wellbeing Strategist, Athlete and Philanthropist. Her legacy is to shape a world where people have the tools to make the choice to become Fully Expressed in their lives and careers. Her clients include some of Australia's top financial services firms like CBA, AMP and State Street. Bella was a finalist for 2016 Outstanding Alumni of the Year for her contribution to business, the arts, sport and charity. In 2015 she was named Top 50 Young UK Change Maker by the City of London and in 2014 after nine attempts she won her first sailing world championship at 38 years old. She also holds a British Kiteboarding Record.

Bella won best pitch at TEDxSydney, selected as one of the five from thousands of applicants who applied. She was awarded the prestigious Weekend Australian Travel Photographer of the Year and is 2x Runner Up Professional Photographer of the Year by the UK's The Independent Newspaper. She has had visual features in both publications. Bella is a Founding Member of the Escape School in London by Escape the City, a 250,000- strong community of people who say life's too short to do work that sucks. She mentors high performers to re-invent parts of their lives & careers that are out of alignment. 2,000+ people have used her method to create their own 15 Aspirations to become Fully Expressed.

Bella spent 15 years supporting the world's largest organisations like Pepsi Co and publishing powerhouse Reed Elsevier to reinvent themselves and their people to achieve $5billion in new revenues. Most recently she created the beginnings of a world first employee health and wellness platform for AMP a leading global financial institution and directed leading Sydney startup incubator Investible.
